This is out of sync but on friday I planted all of my brassicas that I had received from Dobies, I had 12 cabbage of two different types, 6 purple sprouting, 6 white sprouting, 6 cauliflower and 6 kale. These were planted in the two beds that I had already got ready for them I planted then at either one foot or two foot spacings depending on what was required.
They look pretty healthy plants so I am hoping that they make it through the winter ok, I should be able to harvest one of the types of cabbage and the kale before christmas.
