Just some digging today and I forgot my phone so I had no idea of the time, anyway I dug a patch 15ft x 6 ft which seemed to take ages as there were a lot of thistles and doc in it and patches were very hard it was also very hot there that night. I did a little watering but not much as the soil felt pretty damp under the top, I did move a couple of the slabs over to go in front of my seat.
Friday I did not go over tonight as I had poached 6kg of cooking apple today and had to do something with them, so tonight I have made apple chutney. I have also booked the rotavator for tomorrow afternoon so I will have to finish the last part of the plot before it arrives.
